How do I use the Life Modern website?

You can view each product under the headings “duvets”, “pillowcases” and “euro cushions” when selecting a product to view, other products in the range or that may be of interest will be below. All the ranges can be mixed and matched.

Once you have decided what product(s) you wish to purchase, simply select the size and colour and push “add to basket” and the item will appear to the left hand side in your basket. Items can be removed or added. Once happy with your basket contents, click on “proceed to checkout”. This will take you to the checkout screen page where you can view totals, remove items or go back and add other products.

Thread Count

The fabric used for Life Modern duvets, pillowcases and euro cushions is a high quality, 300 thread count, 100% cotton, white and black linen.

Sizes

Listed below are the measurements for all sizes available through Life Modern:

Duvets:

Pillowcases: 47x74cm

The opening for the pillowcases are facing each other to the middle of the bed.

Euro Cushions: 55x55cm

Pricing

All prices on the site are in NZ dollars including GST. If purchasing from Australia, the GST will be removed once you have chosen the country of residence in the purchasing section of the check out.

Washing and Care Instructions

Wash separately before using
Hand or machine wash with mild soap on warm or cold cycle
Rinse well
Line or Tumble dry with Low heat - remove immediately
Do not bleach
Do no dryclean
Warm iron if desired. Please do not place iron directly onto the print. We recommend ironing on a cloth over the print or from the reverse side.

Fabric Components

All Life Modern duvets, pillowcases and euro cushions are made from 100% cotton.

How can I order something that is listed as “sold out”?

Items that are sold out can be back ordered by emailing us at info@lifemodern.co.nz and quoting the style, print and size of the duvet or print of pillowcase or euro cushion. We will get back to you as to how long you can expect to receive the item. Product will be sent on receiving payment.

Delivery

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery within New Zealand and 5-10 working days for delivery within Australia. For international orders time can vary depending on location. Please feel free to contact us and we can find out a lead time for international packages.

Payment

Life Modern uses secure site is powered by PayPal and accepts all major credit cards. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. You will be emailed a receipt and reference number for you purchase by Paypal.

Privacy

Any information about yourself that you provide to us at Life Modern will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose.

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?

You will be emailed a receipt through PayPal once you have confirmed your purchase.

Do you sell duvet, pillowcase and euro cushion sets?

We offer each item separately so our customers can be creative with what items they put together. The ranges are mix and matchable and the black and white linen looks great together.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the product, with a detailed explanation. Please provide us with a bank account number to refund the purchase into. Our address for returns is:

Faulty Product

If you do find any faults in the product you have purchased, we are happy for you to return the product and will refund you the full amount. Please provide us with a detailed explanation of the fault and your bank account details to refund the purchase into. Our returns addresses are:
